This pack contains a high strength Lodi Black Pearl Paste tube (270g) and three tamper-resistant lockable Bait Stations for the control of mice indoors.

• Black Pearl Paste is a highly attractive rodenticide for indoor-use against mice. It contains micro-encapsulated Alphachloralose and is formulated to control mice infestations within 24-48 hours.
• The Alphachloralose active belongs to the narcotic family. Only a small amount needs to be consumed by a mouse and the active will start to take effect by reducing the body temperature of the mouse until it falls into a coma and dies. In a lot of cases this can take as little as a few minutes.
• Alphachloralose is the only non-anticoagulant bait in the UK and Europe. Designed to kill mice almost instantly and have total control in 1-3 days, unlike your average anticoagulant of 7-10 days.
• There is very little danger of any secondary toxicity issues with Alphachloralose as residues in dead mice are negligible and wont effect any predators that might pray on a mice controlled by Black Pearl.
• Medium to high infestations require a number of bait points. Bait refills may be required to replenish any bait taken. Once bait-take has stopped, the infestation has been controlled, so bait must be withdrawn from the bait stations and disposed of correctly. Black Pearl Paste must be used with a secured tamper-proof bait station.
• Active ingredient: 4.00% w/w Alphachloralose. Always read the label and product information before use.

How to Use:

• For high infestation: 5g to 20g of bait in a mouse bait station every 3m. For low infestation: 5g to 20g bait in a mouse bait station every 5m.
• Use the cartridge with a bait gun.
• Cut the conic nozzle in approximately 1cm of the base. 1cm of bait paste is equivalent to 1g.
• Check the bait 7-10 days after the first treatment and replenish any bait taken.
• Search for, remove and dispose of any dead rodents that are found.
• It is advisable to wear protective clothing when handling any rodenticide or poison and also when disposing of any dead rodents.

Using the product in a manner that is inconsistent with the label may be an offence. Refer to the CRRU UK Code of Best Practice (or equivalent) for guidance. When this product is supplied to a user for the control of rodents, it shall only be supplied to a professional user holding certification demonstrating compliance with UK rodenticide stewardship regime requirements.
