At Strangford Incubators we ensure a very quick and efficient process from order to delivery. Once we have received an order, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer outlining their purchase. We will then endeavour to dispatch the order the same working day (if before 1pm Monday – Friday UK & Ireland) or the following working day at the very latest. Confirmation of dispatch along with tracking details will then be sent to the customer so that they can check on the progress of their delivery.

If a customer needs an order delivered even quicker than these parameters, we can provide alternative options for them to upgrade to at their own discretion:
- Parcel Force 24 Hours / Fastways Courier = £9.99 (inc. VAT) – (1-2 Working Days)
- Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm Next Day = £29.99 (inc. VAT) – (Next Working Day)
Please note that for all orders to the United Kingdom, our couriers collect from our premises each day at 2pm, therefore all orders after 1pm (Monday to Friday) will automatically leave the next working day (subject to courier availability). All orders processed on Saturdays or Sundays will also be sent the next working day (Monday).
For all orders to Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight and Isle of Scilly, there will be a £10 surcharge due to higher shipping costs than other parts of the U.K.

Strangford Incubators have delivered orders to over 25 countries around the world. We value our international customers greatly and hope to deal with many more new customers each year.
All customers outside of the UK & Ireland will need to fill in a short enquiry form here, outlining the items they are interested in, their contact details and a full shipping address. We will respond to all international enquiries as soon as possible with a full quotation. The quotation will highlight all product and shipping costs associated with their enquiry to their precise shipping address. We at Strangford Incubators will strive to give our customers the best competitive price possible!
Please note that no transaction will take place until a full quotation has been sent to the customer, an agreement has been reached and they are ready to proceed.
What if my order is Late?
If your order is running later than the estimated time parameters, then please see your tracking details which are within your confirmation of dispatch email as all couriers (on occasion) can experience delays with their service. If you need more information on the whereabouts of your order or you can’t find your tracking details then please contact us immediately by email email@example.com, by phone +44 7711 738 210 or by our website Live Chat facility and we will assist you with your enquiry.
What if my order is Lost in Transit?
If your order has been ‘Lost in Transit’, then please let us know immediately! We will follow up your enquiry with the courier and start a search/trace process to try and find your order. If this proves to be unsuccessful or if the process takes too much time, then we will send you a replacement by Royal Mail 1st Class or Parcel Force 24 Hours the next working day.
What if my order has the Wrong Delivery Address?
If you have noticed on your tracking that your order has the wrong delivery address, please let us know immediately! We will contact our courier and try to divert your order to your correct address. Please ensure when filling out your shipping details that they are completed fully and double checked to prevent this occurrence.
