At Strangford Incubators we ensure a very quick and efficient process from order to delivery. Once we have received an order, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer outlining their purchase. We will then endeavour to dispatch the order the same working day (if before 1pm Monday – Friday UK & Ireland) or the following working day at the very latest. Our customers can return their order for an exchange or a refund within a 14 Day Returns Period for UK & Ireland and a 30 Day Returns Period for the rest of the world.
